The Orioles today announced that they have recalled LHP Donnie Hart from Double-A Bowie. Hart, 25, went 3-1 with a 2.72 ERA (14 ER/46.1 IP) and 50 strikeouts over 40 games with Double-A Bowie this season. Over 132 career minor league games, he went 13-7 with a 2.40 ERA (41 ER/154.0 IP) and 153 strikeouts. Hart made his Major League debut on July 17 at Tampa Bay and tossed 2.2 scoreless innings in three games with the Orioles this season.
