Watson will be the third candidate interviewed, following the Diamondbacks’ Jerry Dipoto and the Blue Jays’ Tony LaCava. The Marlins denied the Orioles permission to interview Dan Jennings.

A date hasn’t been set for Watson’s interview, but it won’t happen over the weekend.
The Orioles figure to bring in at least one more candidate, but again, don’t expect a stampede into the warehouse. I think they’re close to wrapping up the interview process.
