INF Scott Moore Designated for Reassignment
The Orioles today announced that they have reinstated 2B Brian Roberts from the 60-day disabled list, where he had been since April 10 with an abdominal strain. To make room for Roberts on the roster, the team has designated INF Scott Moore for assignment.
Roberts played in four games for the Orioles this season, going 2-for-14. In three rehab games at Double-A Bowie this week, he went 6-for-14 with two doubles.
