The Orioles made their latest roster move official this morning by announcing that they selected outfielder Nolan Reimold’s contract from Triple-A Norfolk.
Reimold flew into Toronto yesterday and was placed on the taxi squad.
Reimold, 31, batted .227/.306/.340 (22-for-97) with three doubles, a triple, two home runs and eight RBIs in 39 games with the Orioles this season. He hit .274/.363/.371 (54-for-197) with 13 doubles, two home runs and 15 RBIs in 54 games at Norfolk.
