Orioles set 2024 Opening Day roster

The Orioles today announced the club’s 2024 Opening Day roster. The 26-man roster includes:

Three players will begin the season on the Injured List: RHP KYLE BRADISH (right UCL sprain) and LHP JOHN MEANS (left forearm strain) on the 15-day and RHP FÉLIX BAUTISTA (right UCL injury) on the 60-day. RHP JACOB WEBB will begin the season on the Paternity List.
Five players have made their first career Opening Day roster: RHP YENNIER CANO, OF COLTON COWSER, RHP GRAYSON RODRIGUEZ, LHP NICK VESPI, and INF JORDAN WESTBURG. Fifteen of the 26 players were on Baltimore’s Opening Day roster in 2023, while three players will be making their O’s debut: RHP CORBIN BURNES, INF/OF TONY KEMP, and RHP CRAIG KIMBREL.
The Orioles open the season with a three-game series against the Los Angeles Angels beginning today at 3:05 p.m. ET at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Burnes is scheduled to make his third career Opening Day start. Fans attending Opening Day are encouraged to be in their seats, and fans at home are encouraged to tune to MASN and the Orioles Radio Network, by 2:20 p.m. to enjoy the Opening Day pregame festivities. MASN will begin its coverage with O’s Xtra at 2:30 p.m. Hearst’s WBAL NewsRadio 1090/FM 101.5 will host a 90-minute program from 1-2:30 p.m., immediately followed by the official pregame show on the Orioles Radio Network.
