The Baltimore Orioles today announced that they have signed their first overall selection of the 2019 First-Year Player Draft, catcher Adley Rutschman, from Oregon State University. Overall, the Orioles have signed 30 of their 41 selections from the 2019 First-Year Player Draft. The deadline to sign 2019 draftees is Friday, July 12 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
