Shortstop J.J. Hardy and second baseman Jonathan Schoop each drove in two runs in yesterday’s 4-1 win over the Yankees. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, it marked the third time this season that the Orioles’ middle infielders had multiple RBIs in the same game. Schoop and Manny Machado did it on May 15 and June 1, while the latter was playing shortstop for the then-injured Hardy.
