Left-hander Michael Gonzalez is scheduled to throw another inning Friday night for the Gulf Coast League Orioles. He could pitch Monday for one of the in-state affiliates as the next step in his injury rehab assignment.
Felix Pie will report to Single-A Frederick later this week. The Keys are home beginning Thursday and don’t hit the road again until June 30.
The early plan also calls for Pie to report to Double-A Bowie after playing at Frederick. The Baysox are home for seven games beginning June 28. Pie could join them on the 29th or 30th.
