The Orioles have made the following roster move:
- Received RHP Yaqui Rivera as the player to be named later from the Miami Marlins to complete the LHP Tanner Scott and RHP Cole Sulser trade.
Rivera, 18, was originally signed by the Marlins on January 28, 2021, as an international free agent out of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He made 12 starts between the DSL Marlins and FCL Marlins in 2021, pitching to a 3.69 ERA (16 ER/39.0 IP).
