Riske, 34, is probably ticketed for Triple-A Norfolk unless there’s an injury. It’s getting pretty crowded in the Orioles’ bullpen, which could include right-handers Kevin Gregg, Koji Uehara, Jim Johnson, Jeremy Accardo and Jason Berken. And don’t forget Rule 5 pick Adrian Rosario (as I’ve done a few times.) But competition is a good thing.
