Orioles second baseman Brian Roberts is off the disabled list and in the lineup for tonight’s series finale against the New York Yankees at Camden Yards.

Flaherty has six multi-hit games in his last eight games. He had seven in his first 123 major league games before this streak.

Update: I’m told Jair Jurrjens will stay in the organization, even though he was designated for assignment. Because the Orioles were under the 40-man roster maximum, Jurrjens was designated off the 25-man roster. He couldn’t be optioned because he was only up from the minors for one day, so that option will take place tomorrow. The Orioles did the same thing earlier this season with pitcher Alex Burnett.
