David Lough and Ryan Flaherty each had two hits for the Orioles.

Afterward, manager Buck Showalter commented on the pitchers used in tonight’s game, starting with left-hander Wei-Yin Chen.

Huntziner has retired all six batters he’s faced in exhibition games.

“That’s why we liked him in the offseason,” Showalter said. “He’s athletic, fills up the strike zone, comes after people. I like what I see so far.

“(Evan) Meek threw the ball real well. Bunch of left-handed hitters, the cutter. A weapon potentially when you’ve got a guy that you’re not worried about him facing left-handed hitter because of his cutter.

“(Kelvin) De La Cruz has thrown the ball good both times out. (Brad) Brach, I like the way he gets downhill. He gets after it. (Ryan) Webb was good.”

David Lough had a single, triple and run scored.

“It was fun watching Lough run,” Showalter said. “(Jonathan) Schoop said, ‘He runs like a cheetah. As soon as he hit it, Jonathan was sitting next to me and he said, ‘Watch him run. He’s a cheetah.”
