We hear from Orioles fans here every day, getting constant and steady feedback on the team and the moves it makes.
Today is a bit different. Different in that I’m seeking your grades today on a scale of one to 10 on the O’s rebuilding efforts. With a grade of one being terrible, not a good place at all. And 10 being great, everything is going in a wonderful direction.

Today is a bit different. Different in that I’m seeking your grades today on a scale of one to 10 on the O’s rebuilding efforts. With a grade of one being terrible, not a good place at all. And 10 being great, everything is going in a wonderful direction.
Put another way:
2 – Way below average
4 – A bit below average
6 – A bit above average
8 – Well above average, very strong
10 – Things are terrific, absolutely fantastic
So on that scale, what grades do you provide to these questions.
1. With the new coaches and front office staff executive vice president and general manager Mike Elias has put in place since he was hired, how do you rate the Orioles minor leagues right now?
2. How do you rate the two drafts under Elias?
3. In 2019, when we last had minor league games, the Orioles pitching development program headed by Chris Holt showed nice improvement across the board. How do you rate the O’s pitching development right now on the farm?
4. In terms of where the Orioles are right now and where they hope to go eventually, is the rebuilding moving along at an acceptable pace?
5. Is Elias the right guy to complete this rebuild and take the O’s back to the top of the baseball world?
Along with numerical grades, please add some comments to anything on the topic that you’d like to express.
