Jake Arrieta surrendered a two-run homer to Evan Longoria in the first inning.

Carl Crawford singled with one out and stole second base as Ben Zobrist struck out looking. Longoria launched a 1-1 pitch over the left field fence.
Carlos Pena doubled to right, but the Rays fell a triple short of hitting for the cycle after B.J. Upton flied to the warning track in left.
