The O’s and Nats have split 5-3 and 7-6 decisions this weekend with the third and deciding game of the series today at 1:35 at Nats Park.

Kevin Millwood (0-4, 3.65) faces John Lannan (1-2, 6.02) today. Millwood has the lowest ERA of any starter in the Majors that does not yet have a win. He has pitched seven innings or more five times in nine starts and has five quality starts. He has not allowed a run in the first inning this year and opponent hitters are just 2 for 28 against him on the season in the opening inning.
Lannan has allowed a .318 opponent average this year which includes a batting average against of .276 vs. right-handed hitters and .452 (19 for 42) vs. lefty batters.

The Orioles are 13-13 vs. the Nats since their move to Washington in 2006.
The Delmarva Shorebirds today activated OF Kieron Pope off the disabled list and added RHP Kenny Moreland from Aberdeen’s roster. RHP Patrick Kantakevich was transferred to Aberdeen and RHP Zach Clark was transferred to Aberdeen.
