All season long, fans were able to enter their non-winning Baseball Bucks tickets for a chance to be selected as the Maryland Lottery Contestant of the Game, which awards $500 for being selected and an additional $500 for every Orioles home run hit during that game. With the Orioles belting the third most home runs in all of baseball, the Maryland Lottery awarded $189,500 to Maryland Lottery Contestants of the Game! Chris Davis led the majors with 47 home runs, good for $23,500.
While the deadline has passed to enter non-winning tickets for a chance to be selected as the Maryland Lottery Contestant of the Game, you can still hit it big with instant cash prizes.
Good luck, O’s fans!
