Not two wins, two series.
The Orioles, who have won just five of 35 series all year, can win two in a row for the first time in over a year if they beat Chicago tonight.
After sweeping the Angels to start this homestand, they have taken two of the first three in this four-game set with AL Central-leading Chicago.

With a 5-1 mark, the O’s are already assured of their best homestand of the year. Earlier, they went 4-2 from April 27-May 2 vs. the Yankees and Red Sox.
Also, with a win tonight, Buck Showalter would match Earl Weaver for best seven-game start by an O’s skipper as Weaver went 6-1 in 1968.
But the O’s have this trend going against them tonight. They are 0-8 this year on Mondays, including an 0-3 mark at home. And, now they trail 1-0 in the third after an Alex Rios RBI double.
