Orioles manager Buck Showalter isn’t ready to confirm the order of his rotation for the start of the second half. However, he indicated that it may not undergo any changes.
Showalter is waiting to find out how the bullpen is used today. He’s got a few starters available to pitch in relief if needed.
Wei-Yin Chen, Miguel Gonzalez and Chris Tillman would start the three games in Texas to open the second half. “I’m pretty sure we’re going to probably stay in line, but it could change, depending on what happens today,” Showalter said. “If we use somebody or something happens physically, that puts things in a different light. There’s some things that could affect that. That’s why we’ve kind of penciled it, but we’ll commit to it after today. And we’ll let them know before they leave.”

Davis has hit five of his home runs to left field, seven to left-center, six to center, nine to right-center and nine to right. He’s averaging 404.8 feet, according to ESPN’s home run tracker.
