The Orioles went prospecting for young talent, choosing three high school players – right-hander Hunter Harvey in the first round with the 22nd overall pick, center fielder Josh Hart in Round A of the competitive balance draft with the 37th overall pick and catcher Chance Sisco with the 61st overall choice in the second round.
