The Orioles have a later reporting time today after last night’s debacle. May as well let the players catch a few hours sleep before they try to catch a fly ball.

Nick Markakis is 6-for-12 with two doubles lifetime against Chen. Adam Jones is 6-for-13 with a home run and five RBIs. J.J. Hardy is 4-for-8 with three RBIs. Reynolds is 3-for-5 with a double.
Tommy Hunter is 1-0 with a 2.84 ERA in two career starts against the Royals, both at Kauffman Stadium.
Hunter has surrendered 26 home runs this season.
