Meanwhile, while it’s not quite the All-Star break, the O’s have passed the midway point of the season in terms of games played. A lot of fans say the Orioles should be sellers. Is it still too soon? Melewski and I will debate the O’s plans for the future.

The Birds are hoping first-round pick DL Hall is a big part of that future. The Orioles introduced the pitcher last week and the high schooler will get to work right away in the O’s Gulf Coast Rookie League. Melewski had a chance to talk with Hall during the press conference and find out a little more about him. What did Hall have to say? We’ll recap his comments.

Finally, for the pitchers in the starting rotation, inconsistency is still a huge problem. Kevin Gausman appears to have hit a positive stride, but at the same time, Dylan Bundy has struggled in his last few starts. For Bundy, could it be signs of fatigue? Bundy’s quickly approaching his total innings pitched from a year ago, but surely the Orioles can’t shut him down this early, right? What’s the answer? Melewski and I will give our thoughts.
