Opening day is always a celebration of sorts in Baltimore, as fans pack Camden Yards and revel in another season getting underway.
But as has been the case the last 21 years, you have the opportunity to celebrate opening day with Orioles fans right outside the park even before the party inside Oriole Park begins.
The Babe Ruth Birthplace Foundation is hosting their annual “Opening Day Block Party” again this season, complete with food, drink and plenty of O’s fun.

The Babe Ruth Birthplace Foundation is hosting their annual “Opening Day Block Party” again this season, complete with food, drink and plenty of O’s fun.
The event will be held at the Sports Legends Museum at Camden Yards prior to the Orioles’ opening day game against the Twins on Friday, April 6. The block party will start at 11:30 a.m. and will last until just prior to first pitch, at 3 p.m.
Fans can partake in one of two options: the full package, which includes the party and a ticket to the game, or the block party only.
Those interested in purchasing tickets can call (410) 727-1539, ext. 3033.
