A second home run off Dickey today at Rogers Centre would put Jones in select company in Orioles history and allow him to reach another milestone.

Jones hit his 29th homer yesterday in a 4-2 loss to the Blue Jays. Jones also would join Palmeiro as the only Orioles in club history to register three consecutive 30-home run seasons. Palmeiro had four straight from 1995-98.

The Orioles lead the majors with 210 home runs. The Rockies are second with 185.

The Orioles have registered at least 200 home runs in three consecutive seasons for the first time in club history. They’re 26-1 when they hit three or more in a game, 49-12 in their 61 multi-homer games – which lead the majors – and 78-33 when hitting at least one.

The Orioles have hit at least 210 home runs in each of the last three seasons. Only the Yankees and White Sox (both in 2012) have hit at least 210 in any one of the last three years.
