More Orioles minor league signings

According to Baseball America’s Matt Eddy, the Orioles have signed three more pitchers to minor league deals. It’s not believed that anyone in the group has been invited to spring training, though the complete camp roster hasn’t been released.
The Orioles reached agreement with right-handers Chris Jakubauskas and Mark Worrell, and left-hander James Houser.
This is what you call minor league pitching depth.

Houser, a former second-round pick of the Rays, posted a 3.67 ERA for the Marlins’ Triple-A affiliate. The Sarasota native made his major league debut with Florida last year, appearing in one game and allowing three runs and three hits in 1 1/3 innings.
Jakubauskas went 6-7 with a 5.32 ERA in 35 games, including eight starts, for the Mariners in 2009. He appeared in one game with the Pirates last season.

Worrell pitched in four games for the Cardinals in 2008, racking up a 7.94 ERA. He went 1-4 with a 5.45 ERA last summer for Triple-A Portland.
