“Having all six ballparks located within such close proximity allows for this unique program to be successful,” said Greg Bader, Orioles Vice President of Communications & Marketing. “Baseball is the most affordable and family-friendly sports entertainment option available, and the Birdland Passport program helps to incentivize fans within the Mid-Atlantic to experience this great game.”
Fans can sign up for a complimentary passport at the Fan Assistance Center in the Warehouse at Oriole Park or at any of the five minor league ballparks. Fans who visit five of the six Orioles affiliated ballparks and have their passport marked with a 2013 stamp will receive a limited edition Birdland Passport T-shirt (one per customer, per passport). Those who visit all six ballparks in one year will be entered to win a trip for two to spring training in Sarasota, Florida in 2014. More information on the program is available at www.orioles.com/passport.
