Ryan Mountcastle is in left field today. He became the second rookie in club history yesterday to record a three-homer game, and the first since Nick Markakis on Aug. 22, 2006. He’s the first rookie in the majors with a three-homer game since Mike Yastrzemski on Aug. 16, 2019.

Cedric Mullins became the 11th player in franchise history yesterday to record multiple home runs in back-to-back games and the first since Pedro Álvarez in April 2018.

Austin Hays is playing right field today and Anthony Santander is the designated hitter. Pat Valaika is the second baseman.

Left-hander Hyun Jin Ryu has a 3.43 ERA and 1.132 WHIP in 13 starts. He’s allowed six earned runs (eight total) in 18 career innings against the Orioles in three starts.
