Chris Davis is in the Orioles lineup tonight for the first time in five games, with Trey Mancini going back to right field.
DJ Stewart moves to left field and Anthony Santander is in center. Rio Ruiz is at third base.
Jonathan Villar is the shortstop and Hanser Alberto is playing second base.
Left-hander Ty Blach has allowed 11 earned runs (12 total) and 12 hits in 9 1/3 innings in his two starts with the Orioles. He’s walked six batters and struck out 10.
Blach has never faced the Rays….

Right-hander Trevor Richards is making his second start with the Rays since they acquired him from the Marlins at the trade deadline. He allowed two runs and eight hits and struck out six batters in 3 1/3 innings in his debut.
Richards made his only start against the Orioles on June 17, 2018 at Camden Yards and allowed six runs and nine hits in 3 1/3 innings.

Double-A Bowie’s Zac Lowther has been named the left-handed starter on the Eastern League’s postseason All-Star team.
Lowther is 13-7 with a 2.71 ERA and 137 strikeouts in 136 innings over his 24 starts with the Baysox. He leads the league in wins (13) and is also ranked among the leaders in strikeouts (second), innings pitched (third), batting average against (.198, fourth), ERA (fifth), winning percentage (.650, sixth) and WHIP (1.14, seventh).
