The Orioles today announced that they have recalled right-hander Jason Garcia from Double-A Bowie.
Garcia, 23, went 4-7 with a 4.79 ERA (41 ER/77.0 IP) in 15 starts with Double-A Bowie this season. He made his Major League debut on April 8, 2015 at Tampa Bay and went 1-0 with a 4.25 ERA (14 ER/29.2 IP) and 22 strikeouts in 21 games with the Orioles last season.
