The Orioles will try to extend their winning streak to five games tonight with Pat Valaika at first base and Chris Davis still on the bench.

Jorge López has made two starts with the Orioles and allowed three earned runs in 9 2/3 innings.
López’s only career appearance against the Mets was in relief, when he allowed a run in two innings back in May 2018.
Rick Porcello, in his first season with the Mets, is 1-4 with a 5.54 ERA and 1.462 WHIP in eight starts. He’s surrendered only two home runs in 39 innings.
Porcello is 8-12 with a 4.77 ERA and 1.380 WHIP in 23 career starts against the Orioles.
The Orioles have won six of their last eight games. They could return to .500 for the first time since Aug. 23.
Left-hander Keegan Akin is starting Thursday night against the Yankees in the Bronx. New York is listing Gerrit Cole, Masahiro Tanaka, Jordan Montgomery and J.A. Happ.
Orioles pitchers have notched a 1.06 ERA (four earned runs in 34 innings) with 41 strikeouts over the last four games.
The Orioles lead the American League in OPS (.890), rank second in batting average (.294) and are tied for second in home runs (14) during the month of September.
