Robinson went 4-for-11 in 10 games. He left the team to play for Canada in the World Baseball Classic, where he gained national attention for laying down a bunt in the ninth inning of a lopsided win over Mexico that sparked a brawl.
The Orioles have a logjam behind the plate at the Triple-A level. Robinson, Luis Exposito, Allan de San Miguel and Luis Martinez are candidates to play for the Norfolk Tides. Also, Caleb Joseph and Brian Ward remain in the organization.
