Steve Pearce remains at first base today for the Orioles while Chris Davis works out at Target Field.
Davis also will accompany the team to St. Petersburg, Fla., for the series against the Rays that begins Tuesday night. He's eligible to come off the disabled list on May 11.
Delmon Young is the designated hitter today. He's 7-for-21 with a home run lifetime against Twins starter Phil Hughes.
Matt Wieters is back in the lineup. He's batting .391/.437/.594 against right-handers this...
PHILADELPHIA - Danny Espinosa will get the day off, and Kevin Frandsen will play third base against his former team in today's series finale.
Gio Gonzalez will start for the Nationals, while the Phillies will give the ball to right-hander Roberto Hernandez (formerly known as Fausto Carmona).
Cole Hamels was originally scheduled to start today for the Phils, but he was scratched due to the flu.

The Orioles will attempt today to win back-to-back road series for the first time this season. They're 4-0 on the road in series finales and 6-3 overall.
Miguel Gonzalez is working on six days rest today, which isn't a bad thing. He owns a career ERA of 3.16 in 13 starts with six days or more of rest, compared to 4.30 in 23 starts with four days.
The Orioles lead the majors with a .291 average on the road and are second in runs per game on the road (5.6) behind the Athletics (5.9).

The Orioles announced this morning that they outrighted infielder David Adams to Double-A Bowie.
Adams, 26, cleared waivers after batting .214/.295/.371 (15-for-70) with two home runs and eight RBIs in 21 games for Triple-A Norfolk.
The Orioles claimed Adams off waivers from the Indians on March 22 and optioned him to Norfolk the following day.
The Orioles now have 39 players on their 40-man roster.
PHILADELPHIA - The comebacks are nice, obviously. Nine comeback wins in 30 games is pretty darn impressive.
The problem there is that in order to come back to win a game, you have to trail. And the Nationals would prefer that they don't trail in games as often as they have.
Yesterday marked the eighth time already this season that Nationals pitchers have allowed at least three runs in the first inning.
That's 27 percent of the time. Not good.
What is there to explain these first-inning...
Catcher Wilson Ramos (left hand fracture) will be making his first rehab start tonight for the low Single-A Suns against the Lexington Legends at 5:05 p.m. at Municipal Stadium in Hagerstown.
Ramos has not appeared in a game since opening day against the Mets on March 31. He had surgery soon after to remove the hamate bone in his left hand. Ramos will serve as the designated hitter while Nationals top pitching prospect Lucas Giolito (1-0, 2.95 ERA) makes his sixth start. Giolito has 24...
The Orioles today announced that they have outrighted infielder David Adams to Double-A Bowie.
Adams, 26, batted .214/.295/.371 (15-70) with two homers and eight RBI in 21 games for Triple-A Norfolk. Adams was claimed off waivers from Cleveland on March 22 and optioned to Norfolk on March 23.
The Orioles now have 39 players on their 40-man roster.
The Orioles wrap up their three-game series with the Twins today at Target Field before reaching another open date on their schedule. They're 6-3 this year in the final game of a series.
The Orioles are 10-8 against the American League East, but only 3-5 versus the Central.
Miguel Gonzalez is making his sixth start of the season and fourth away from Camden Yards. In his first three road starts, he's gone 0-1 with a 7.20 ERA in 15 innings.
Gonzalez has never faced the Twins.
Ubaldo Jimenez...
PHILADELPHIA - Just like last night, the Nationals trailed the Phillies 3-0 before the first inning was complete.
Unlike last night, the Nats weren't able to come back and pick up the win.
Ryan Howard's three-run homer off Tanner Roark in the first put the Nats in another early hole, and the Phillies continued to add on from there, making it 7-0 by the end of the fifth.
Roark was coming off a three-hit shutout his last time out, but he didn't have his good stuff today, and the Phillies...
Sometimes a player can play in one organization so long without putting up real impressive stats that you tend to overlook him when he does start to improve his game.
Garabez Rosa is one of those players.
On a Double-A Bowie team that has several players hitting the ball well, it is easy to overlook Rosa right now. But he is having what is so far a breakout season and his defensive versatility could lead him one day to make the back-end of a big league team's roster. Maybe even one in...
