MASN (Mid-Atlantic Sports Network) is the Mid-Atlantic Region's premiere regional sports network. Our flagship programming includes all baseball games of the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals and the related pregame and postgame shows. In a given season, MASN produces a minimum of 640 live shows (320 pregame and 320 postgame shows) from two studios and/or live from various major league ballparks.

Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Description: Mid-Atlantic Sports Network is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with a TV/Cable Advertising Sales background. You will work with the sales team on processing advertising contracts, obtaining creative materials, generating support materials for the sales team, and coordinating the scheduling and launch of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain National/Local orders (Linear/Digital) in Wide Orbit, and Digital/ Streaming Ad Servers
• Help build, revise, and maintain sales proposals, advertising packages and client presentations
• Communicate with team members on preparation of performance reports and analysis of sponsorships and campaigns.
• Assist Local Account Executives with the sales process and elements of planning, executing, and servicing client media buys.


Requirements
• Experience working within Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Media Sales, Nielsen Ratings.
• Knowledge of media math.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Must be highly focused, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Experience working in the Advertising Sales department of a TV/Cable Station.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced work environment, manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

The anticipated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000, annually depending on experience.
