MASN (Mid-Atlantic Sports Network) is the Mid-Atlantic Region's premiere regional sports network. Our flagship programming includes all baseball games of the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals and the related pregame and postgame shows. In a given season, MASN produces a minimum of 640 live shows (320 pregame and 320 postgame shows) from two studios and/or live from various major league ballparks.

Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Description: The Operations Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the Director of Network Content.

Responsibilities:
• Live Event Operations Management
◦ Assist Game Directors in compiling all pertinent logistical information in tech books and help distribute to production personnel
◦ Assist team with booking transmission & facilitating paperwork .
◦ Communication with Operations and Team Broadcast Personnel at home venues & road venues on mobile unit park & power times, crew call times, safety issues and camera placement.
◦ Coordination of production trucks for home and road games.
◦ Support on-site technical managers and production teams.
◦ Work with specialty equipment suppliers to make certain equipment arrives on time prior to each season and is functioning properly
• Shoot and edit videos of events in the community and at the ballpark

• Crewing
◦ Coordination of Technical Crews through various vendors, locally and in other markets/cities
◦ Forecasting crew lists weeks ahead of event dates to ensure crews are complete

• Quality Control Management
◦ Off-air broadcast quality (transmission issues, audio issues, video levels)

• Additional duties commonly associated with the Operations Coordinator function may be required at the request of the Director of Network Content
