It's going to be a while before the Orioles post their lineup, but I'll get it started here and fill in the rest later.

There's absolutely no way that Matt Wieters can start tonight after catching all 18 innings last night/this morning.
Wieters, Adam Jones and Mark Reynolds were a combined 0-for-21, though Reynolds delivered an insurance run in the 18th.
Joe Saunders can only hope for more offensive support than the Orioles gave Wei-Yin Chen.
Saunders doesn't require...
Well that was just an amazing and exhausting and, yes, very important Orioles win.
In a game that ended at 3:54 a.m. EST, the Orioles beat the Mariners 4-2 in 18 innings. With the win, the Orioles improved to 84-64 and moved into a first-place tie with the Yankees and within a half-game of Oakland for the top AL wild card spot.
In the top of the 18th, Nate McLouth led off with a walk and moved to third on a hit-and-run single by J.J. Hardy. The O's moved ahead 3-2 when pinch-hitter Taylor...
Orioles left-hander Wei-Yin Chen and Mariners right-hander Erasmo Ramirez were playing a game of dueling rookies at Safeco Field until catcher Miguel Olivo interrupted it.
Olivo's two-out, two-run homer off Chen in the fourth inning gave the Mariners a 2-0 lead.
Chen hung a curveball after walking Towson University's Casper Wells with two outs, and Olivo made him pay. It's the 26th homer allowed by Chen this season.
The Mariners have been given enough chances before Olivo stepped to the...

After injuring his left shoulder diving for a ball Sept. 8 against the Marlins, Danny Espinosa quickly learned something wasn't right.
He couldn't get his bat to the ball quickly enough, forcing him to be late on pitches. When he did make contact during a game or in batting practice, he just didn't have enough strength in the shoulder to turn on the pitch and get the desired result.
The symptoms all pointed to a labrum tear, which is what first baseman Adam LaRoche had last year, an injury...
Tonight's Nationals-Dodgers game scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m. at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The team will play a traditional, single-admission doubleheader tomorrow, Wednesday, September 19, beginning at 4:05 p.m. The second game will follow approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the first game or at 7:05 p.m., whichever is later.
All tickets for tonight's game must be exchanged at the Nationals Park Box Office for seats...
With Tuesday's opener against the Dodgers postponed until Wednesday, manager Davey Johnson will have to make an adjustment in his starting rotation later on in the week.
According to Johnson, Wednesday's starters will be Jordan Zimmermann for the 4:05 p.m. start and John Lannan for the second game.
With no days off the rest of the regular season, that leaves an opening down the line for Sunday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers. Zach Duke, Craig Stammen, Tom Gorzelanny and Chien-Ming...
Matt Wieters is having another strong September for the Orioles. You would think at such a demanding position as catcher that it would be more the norm to see his offense fall off as the season goes on.
But September has been Wieters' best offensive month during his four-year career. He is a career .298 batter with 17 homers and 58 RBIs in 88 career September starts. Those are all his best numbers for any month of the season, as are his September slugging percentage of .508 and OPS of...
Tonight's Nationals-Dodgers game has been postponed due to weather, and a straight doubleheader between the two teams has been scheduled for tomorrow.
The first game will begin at 4:05 p.m., with tomorrow's regularly scheduled contest to follow. It'll be a single-admission doubleheader.
Manager Davey Johnson said that Jordan Zimmermann and John Lannan will likely be his two starters tomorrow, in that order, although he had yet to confirm that with pitching coach Steve McCatty.
