Checking in (updated twice)

Did Jeremy Guthrie really come out of the game after 90 pitches? Guthrie held the Rangers to one run, a bomb from Josh Hamilton, and seven hits over six innings. He didn't issue a walk and struck out three. I expected to see him in the seventh, but I'm pretty detached from the game, so I must be missing something. Luke Scott, Adam Jones and Cesar Izturis each have two hits. Most important, Izturis has two RBIs, accounting for both Orioles' runs. Garrett Atkins is 0-for-3 and struck out with the bases loaded. I'm not picking on the guy, but I feel compelled to monitor him while the Orioles search for more production at first base. Update: The Rangers scored twice off Matt Albers in the seventh to take a 3-2 lead. They collected two infield hits and took advantage of an Albers error. Nolan Reimold went 0-for-2 with a walk and run scored for Triple-A Norfolk. He's batting .105. Scott Moore, back after suffering a hamstring injury, homered twice. Chris Tillman tossed seven scoreless innings, allowing three hits. He's knocking on the door, and it's pretty loud. Update II: Does Izturis really have three hits and three RBIs, or is the math different in Florida?

Why no Guthrie in the seventh? (updated, tie game)
