The Orioles have decided not to activate reliever Alfredo Simon from the disabled list, delaying their next roster move for at least 24 hours.
It's possible that Simon will return to the 25-man roster before tomorrow night's game against the St. Louis Cardinals at Camden Yards.
Simon is on the disabled list with a hamstring injury. He threw two scoreless innings Sunday at Double-A Bowie, allowing one hit, walking one and striking out three.
