Tillman on his way (updated)

Chris Tillman has been summoned from Triple-A Norfolk and will join the Orioles later tonight or tomorrow. Kevin Millwood is starting tonight, and Jeremy Guthrie goes tomorrow. Sunday's slot is being left open, and Tillman is going to fill it. He'll be working on normal rest. Everyone else in the rotation gets pushed back, bringing the expected six-man rotation. The names will likely change over the course of the month, however, as the young starters reach their innings limits. Adam Jones' upper back is less sore after he received a cortisone injection last night, but he remains day-to-day. He's unavailable tonight. His absence could prompt the Orioles to bring up another position player, despite Corey Patterson's return to the lineup. Scott Moore is a strong candidate. He's expected to rejoin the Tides' lineup tonight after being sidelined with a lung issue. Reliever David Hernandez is scheduled to throw one inning for Double-A Bowie tomorrow and another inning on Monday. Hernandez's eventual return to the Orioles could speed up Rick VandenHurk's transition to starter. The Orioles don't have immediate plans to add another reliever besides Hernandez, but it's still a possibility. Names from Norfolk and Double-A Bowie have been discussed.
