Millwood allowed three hits, walked two and struck out seven. I'm told his curveball was outstanding.
Millwood's fastball topped out at 88 mph. He usually sits in the low 90s.
Brandon Waring hit a two-run homer off Jim Johnson in the fourth inning. Johnson threw 29 pitches, 19 for strikes.
