No arbitration for Scott

The Orioles have reached agreement on a one-year deal with Luke Scott on the day that arbitration-eligible players had to submit their salary figures.
The Orioles tendered Scott a contract last month and figured to avoid a hearing with him.
The team still needs to reach agreement with pitcher Jeremy Guthrie, who also was tendered a contract last month.
