Orioles director of international scouting, John Stockstill, is back from the Dominican Republic tonight. In recent days he has met with the representatives for Dominican shortstop Miguel Angel Sano. "We certainly expressed an interest in him becoming a Baltimore Oriole," Stockstill said.
