Deck the halls with four "Nationals Classics" this week on MASN HD

Happy Holidays from the MASNsports.com staff! Our gifts to you this holiday week is four "Nationals Classics" games, including two from this past season. If you're spending time with your family and want to bond with America's Pastime, tune in to MASN HD. Here's what's on deck this week: Wednesday, Dec. 24, 1:30 p.m.: Who doesn't love it when the Nationals beat the Braves? On Sept. 17, 2013, the Nats actually split a doubleheader with the Braves. Emotions were running high at Nationals Park, one day after the tragic shootings at the Navy Yard. The Nats rallied from a 5-3 deficit in the ninth inning for a 6-5 walk-off win. Jeff Kobernus scored the winning run on an error by Braves closer Craig Kimbrel. Friday, Dec. 26, midnight, 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.: The Nationals kicked off the 2013 season with a bang from young stars Bryce Harper and Stephen Strasburg. Harper hit two home runs and Strasburg retired 19 straight Marlins to give the Nats a 2-0 win on opening day at Nationals Park. In our second game of the day, watch the epic battle between the Nats and Dodgers on Sept. 3, 2014. Adam LaRoche came into the game in the ninth inning and still drove in five runs, including the go-ahead run in the 14th inning. The Nats outlasted the Dodgers 8-5. When the Nats-Dodgers marathon ends, stay tuned for Jordan Zimmermann's no-hitter over the Marlins in this year's regular season finale. You should know by now that it was the first no-hitter in Nats history. Steven Souza Jr. saved the game with a diving catch with two outs in the ninth, preserving Zimmermann's no-no.
