Orioles and Pepsi Stronger Together Jr. RBI equipment drive-thru event

Earlier today, in partnership with Pepsi Stronger Together, the Orioles hosted a drive-thru event to distribute baseball and softball equipment to Orioles Jr. RBI program participants. The event, which was located at The Food Project in Southwest Baltimore, served over 100 local Baltimore City youth. Equipment included Play Ball plastic bat and ball sets, batting tees, Orioles Jr. RBI t-shirts, and new and gently-used baseball and softball equipment gathered from the Cardboard to Leather Equipment Collection hosted at Oriole Park prior to the game on April 25.

The Orioles have partnered with Pepsi Stronger Together to empower the next generation of baseball and softball players in Baltimore City. Through the newly-announced three-year partnership, the Orioles and Pepsi will give Baltimore City youth the opportunity to play on improved fields, receive access to proper new and gently used equipment, and learn valuable life skills including teamwork, self-esteem, self-discipline, and leadership through the game of baseball and softball.
