Roberts still not playing (updated)

Second baseman Brian Roberts sat out another extended spring training game today in Sarasota and could visit a back specialist in the next day or two while continuing to deal with soreness that he says is unrelated to the herniated disk. I'm trying to get confirmation from a team official, but the upcoming draft is keeping everyone busy. I'm told the Roberts might see a specialist in the St. Petersburg area. He's been receiving treatment and counseling from Dr. Lee Riley at Johns Hopkins. Update: I received confirmation that Roberts will have his back re-examined tomorrow. The discomfort could be caused by inflammation. It's a mystery right now. Roberts didn't play Friday or Saturday, and the Orioles didn't have a game scheduled yesterday. He receives treatment every morning. Roberts is eligible to come off the 60-day disabled list on Wednesday, but that ship sailed a while ago. Also, Felix Pie and Alfredo Simon did some throwing today.
