Team Marketing Report names Orioles fourth-most affordable MLB experience

The Orioles have been named the fourth-most affordable Major League Baseball experience, according to Team Marketing Report (TMR). The TMR Fan Cost Index represents the cost for a family of four to attend a game based on the price of four tickets, four sodas, four hot dogs, two beers, two souvenir caps, and one parking pass. The Orioles offer among the most affordable prices in the league for several categories. TMR's previous report ranked the Orioles as the ninth-most affordable MLB experience.

TMR's Fan Cost Index formula does not account for the Orioles' groundbreaking "Kids Cheer Free" initiative or the Orioles' fan-friendly policy allowing fans to bring food and beverages to the ballpark. "Kids Cheer Free" invites parents to bring children ages 9 and younger to Oriole Park free of charge with purchase of an Upper Deck ticket. In addition to offering one of the most flexible food and beverage policies in the industry, the Orioles also recently introduced new family-friendly concessions and retail merchandise pricing to give fans greater choice and flexibility when visiting Camden Yards. Whether it is the popular postgame Kids Run the Bases event on Sundays, Student Nights on Fridays, "Friday Fireworks at America's Ballpark" from May through August, the Junior Orioles Dugout Club program, or one of the dozens of promotional giveaways for the whole family, the Orioles invite fans of all ages from all walks of life to Birdland to enjoy the magic of Orioles Baseball each summer.
