Orioles lineup vs. Astros

Orioles first baseman Chris Davis is out of tonight’s lineup for the series opener against the Astros at Camden Yards.

Trey Mancini is playing first base, Jace Peterson is in left and Anthony Santander is in right.

Rio Ruiz is on the bench after the Orioles recalled him today.

Hanser Alberto is playing third base and leading off.

Richie Martin has hit safely in 10 of his last 12 games with an at-bat, posting a .359 (14-for-39) average since July 17.

Dylan Bundy faced the Astros on June 9 and allowed two earned runs and three total in six innings. In four career starts and five appearances, Bundy has gone 0-2 with a 5.40 ERA and 1.457 WHIP over 23 1/3 innings.

Josh Reddick is 7-for-13 against Bundy. Aledmys Díaz is 4-for-9 with a double and two home runs.

Former Orioles left-hander Wade Miley is 10-4 with a 3.05 ERA and 1.131 WHIP in 23 starts. He was 10-20 with a 5.75 ERA and 1.689 WHIP in 43 starts with the Orioles.

Miley has allowed two earned runs or fewer in six of his last seven starts. Left-handed hitters are slashing .176/.250/.319 against him this season.

Miley is 2-2 with a 5.33 ERA and 1.461 WHIP in five career starts against the Orioles.

The Astros took two of three games from the Orioles in June.
