Game 111 lineups: Nats vs. Marlins

The Nationals' rotation is getting back to normal, with Max Scherzer having returned last night and Gio Gonzalez set to return tomorrow night. But there's one more stop-gap start needed from a fill-in tonight, and so A.J. Cole will be taking the mound to face the Marlins for the second time in a week.

A.J.-Cole-throwing-white-sidebar.jpgIt didn't go so well for Cole in Miami; he allowed five runs in five innings, four of those coming during a rough bottom of the fifth. We'll see if the right-hander is able to make any adjustments this time around.

We'll also see if the Nationals can make any adjustments to Vance Worley in their second go-around against the right-hander. Worley dominated last week in that same game Cole started against him, tossing seven innings of scoreless, two-hit, zero-walk baseball against a Nats lineup that looked absolutely flummoxed.

So what happens tonight: a repeat of Wednesday's Miami blowout, or a reversal of fortunes on both sides? We shall see.
