Game 5 lineups: Nats at Dodgers

Left-hander Patrick Corbin has been reinstated from the COVID-19 injured list and will start tonight's game against the Dodgers, hoping to help the Nationals snap a three-game losing streak during which they've been unable to score for the past 16 innings.

Corbin was one of nine players placed on the injured list as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak that spread through the team. He's had mixed results in his career against the Dodgers, posting a 5-9 record through 21 games, including 19 starts, but with a 3.36 ERA.

To make room for Corbin on the 26-man roster, the Nats optioned right-hander Kyle McGowin and added him to the taxi squad. Infielder Adrián Sanchez was returned to the alternate training site.

Two other players recently activated from the COVID-19 injured list - second baseman Jordy Mercer and catcher Yan Gomes - make their first 2021 starts for the Nats tonight.

Lefty Julio Urías (1-0, 1.29 ERA) makes his second start of the season and is coming off a 79-pitch start against the Rockies, the longest of his career, in which he yielded only three hits and a run through seven innings with a walk and six strikeouts. He is 0-0 with a save and a 2.25 ERA in three career appearances, including two starts, against the Nationals.

The Nationals are slashing .361/.378/.528 lifetime against Urías, with Ryan Zimmerman and Starlin Castro both 2-for-2 off the southpaw. Jonathan Lucroy is 2-for-5 and Hernán Pérez has a home run off Urías,
