They've signed 34 of their 49 selections. With a win tonight, the Orioles would complete their first three-game sweep in Cleveland since April 10-12, 1987. It also would mark their first three-game road sweep since June 19-21, 2009 in Philadelphia, and their first five-game winning streak since June 17-21, 2009. Also with a win tonight, Buck Showalter would tie Davey Johnson for the best 10-game start as manager of the Orioles. The Orioles have won three straight series for the first time since June 12-21, 2009 vs. Atlanta, the Mets and Philadelphia. They've won eight times in a nine-game span for the first time since April 22-May 2, 2005. Brad Bergesen allowed two hits last night, the lowest total by an Orioles' starter in Cleveland since Tom Phoebus on April 19, 1970. Troy Patton was added to Triple-A Norfolk's roster today, and Chris George went on the disabled list with a left elbow injury. Double-A Bowie outfielder Daniel Figueroa went on the DL and left-hander Rick Zagone moved up from Single-A Frederick. Orioles reliever Jim Johnson joined the Baysox.
