SARASOTA, Fla. - Chris Tillman's bullpen session has been pushed back to Sunday after the club discovered that an antibiotic he was taking caused soreness in his joints. The Orioles switched his medication and gave him an extra day to recover. They're also wondering if it impacted Wednesday's bullpen session.
