The Orioles have agreed to terms with their 18th-round draft pick. They have come to terms with RHP Sebastian Vader from San Marcos High in San Marcos, California. For Brian Matusz, it was another night like a lot of the others on Tuesday vs. Oakland. He pitched pretty well, but not great, he got little run support and he lost.
