Game 30 lineups: Nats at Yankees

In many ways, the Nationals have looked great this weekend at Yankee Stadium. They exploded for 11 runs in Friday night's opener. They've got a decent start from Patrick Corbin in that game, then a brilliant game from Max Scherzer on Saturday. Juan Soto is back in the lineup and back in the field. Victor Robles went 3-for-4 on Saturday. The Nats scored the first run of the season off Aroldis Chapman!

Ross-Throws-Gray-Side-PIT-Sidebar.jpgYet because of an uncharacteristic meltdown from Brad Hand in both the ninth and 10th innings Saturday, the Nats now need a win today to win the series. So they need Joe Ross to pick up where Corbin and Scherzer left off and contain a dangerous Yankees lineup (though one that doesn't have Aaron Judge starting today).

And they need their lineup to do something early against Domingo Germán, who has surrendered four homers in eight innings at Yankee Stadium so far this season. Soto is in there again, batting third, but he's back to DHing today. That means Yadiel Hernandez is back in right field, Josh Bell is back at first base and Ryan Zimmerman is back on the bench.
